Wayne, PA (November 09, 2010): Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack is pleased to announce a new long-term lease with ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS) for 25,517 square feet at 475 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington, PA.

“Due to significant growth in the company’s business, we were asked to analyze their options and implement a cost effective plan to accommodate their need for additional office space in Fort Washington. The expansion space had to be within close proximity of their headquarters in Fort Washington and provide sufficient parking to accommodate up to 200 employees,” said Bill Finnegan, Senior Director of Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack. “We swiftly negotiated a deal with the landlord HUB Properties Trust. Everyone worked diligently to execute a lease within 120 days of walking through the front door at 475 Virginia Drive.”
